About the Role

This internship is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play an active role in supporting recruitment initiatives, enhancing employer branding, and contributing to projects that directly impact how we attract and engage top talent. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on real business challenges, and gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to improving the overall candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and eager to build a strong foundation in HR and Talent Acquisition.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Supporting the development and execution of innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
  • Assisting with HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives that enhance employee experience and business performance
  • Leveraging social media platforms to promote employer branding and share your internship journey
  • Collaborating with fellow interns to design and launch a Campus Ambassador Program to strengthen university engagement
  • Contributing fresh ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently in 3rd year of a Human Resources or related program
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and employer branding
  • Comfortable using social media platforms in a professional and creative way
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Interview Process

Our recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.

 

Step 1: Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Step 2: Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.
Step 3: Selected candidates attend an in-person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.
