About the Role

This internship is ideal for someone interested in data, analytics, and business operations. As Business Analytics Intern, you will support data analysis, performance reporting, and insight development across active client programs. This role offers hands‑on exposure to real client data, business analytics, and insight storytelling in a professional agency environment. Over the 14‑week term, the intern will work closely with analytics and client service teams to support reporting, dashboards, and insight synthesis, while developing foundational skills in data analysis and business interpretation.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of recurring client reports and dashboards
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Support performance tracking and KPI measurement across campaigns or programs
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
• Analyze trends and patterns to identify key learnings
• Support the translation of data into clear insights and summaries
• Create charts, tables, and visualizations for internal and client presentations
• Contribute to insight narratives that connect results to business objectives
• Work alongside senior analysts and client teams on live projects
• Participate in team meetings, reviews, and learning sessions
• Support ad‑hoc analysis requests as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in college or university (Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or related field)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulas, basic analysis)
• Comfortable working with data and learning new tools or systems quickly
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Interest in retail operations, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making
