  • Monitor attendance, scheduling, and field team compliance requirements.
  • Prepare weekly reports, program updates, and post-program summaries.
  • Track operational expenses, process invoices, update budget trackers, and support reconciliations.
  • Identify risks, delays, or operational challenges and recommend solutions proactively.
  • Support process improvements and ensure adherence to operational best practices.

Field Leadership & Sales Support

  • Support the team in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and program objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and field support to Sales Associates.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure strong execution, merchandising standards, and brand representation.
  • Assist with the implementation of sales initiatives, promotions, and program launches.
  • Communicate business updates, priorities, and feedback between field teams and leadership.
  • Ensure company policies, reporting requirements, and operational standards are consistently followed.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities as required.
  • Comfortable taking on hands-on, in-store responsibilities, including covering shifts and supporting frontline sales activities when required.

  • 1–3 years of experience in field operations, retail sales, operations coordination, or a related role.
  • Previous experience in a Team Lead, Senior Sales Advisor, or Coordinator position is considered an asset.
