About the Role
The West Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and optimizing performance in the Calgary region. This role is perfect for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing market share. You will oversee a dynamic team, work closely with cross-functional partners, and play a key role in shaping our success in Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence.
- Drive sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on regional performance, providing strategic recommendations to the Director of Client Services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align goals and improve processes.
- Identify growth opportunities, implement process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Adapt to changing market dynamics, using problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

- Proven sales experience with a track record of driving growth and exceeding targets.

- Previous experience in the CPG, retail, or sales execution industry is an asset.
