Team Lead – Sales

 

Location: Greater Toronto Area and surrounding cities
Schedule:
Wednesday to Sunday

Salary: $55,000 to $58,000

About the Role

As a Team Lead, you will support day-to-day sales performance and help guide a team to achieve targets. This role is hands-on and involves working both in the field and in the office. You will support team members, monitor performance, and ensure strong execution at store level.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members in the field
  • Monitor sales results and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with reporting and tracking performance metrics
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure strong execution and brand representation
  • Communicate updates and feedback between the team and leadership
  • Help implement sales plans and promotions
  • Ensure company processes and reporting standards are followed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience (retail or CPG experience preferred)
  • Previous experience in a team lead or senior sales role is an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (office and field)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
