In this role you will be promoting LG products to consumers while communicating key messaging and driving brand awareness for their lineup of television and audio products. You will be responsible for actively selling to consumers to the point where the sale is handed off to a store associate to complete, while also offering training advice to store associates, and assisting existing consumers with any questions or concerns they are having with our brand’s products!   The goal of this position is to grow sales and market share within the assigned store location. Results will be measured weekly, and everyone will have a target to achieve for the duration of the contract. Bonus incentives will be available depending on target attainment.

Titre du poste : Gestionnaire de Terrain Relevant de : Directeur, Services à la Clientèle   Match Retail est à la recherche d'un Gestionnaire de Terrain passionné pour son excitant projet de marchandisage avec Walmart !   Le Gestionnaire de Terrain est chargé de recruter, planifier la formation, mettre en œuvre et gérer l'équipe de marchandisage dans différents magasins Walmart du Québec. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le client pour garantir une présentation efficace et cohérente des produits en magasin.   Rôle et responsabilités :   • Diriger le programme régional, les plans de travail et la stratégie de commercialisation. • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes de plusieurs programmes, y compris les résultats globaux du programme (KPI, budgets, recrutement, formation, gestion). • Responsable de la réalisation de tous les objectifs commerciaux clés et de la conformité opérationnelle. • Créer des stratégies pour les chefs d'équipe et les marchands sous-performants et mettre en œuvre des solutions alignées sur les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise. • Assurer que tous les employés ont suivi la formation et le coaching nécessaires. • S'assurer que toutes les procédures opérationnelles standards sont à jour et que les employés ont été certifiés sur le sujet. • Gérer le calendrier et le personnel de manière appropriée conformément au calendrier publié. • Assurer que tous les rapports hebdomadaires sont soumis à temps et sont exacts, y compris l'analyse des chiffres et les plans d'action pour résoudre les problèmes. • Gérer et encadrer tous les chefs d'équipe du magasin et les rôles de soutien au sein du programme pour garantir que tous les indicateurs de performance clés sont atteints et dépassés. • Effectuer des visites sur le terrain et gérer les dépenses et les salaires de l'équipe de terrain. • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos partenaires de formation si nécessaire. • Rencontrer le personnel du magasin (RSA, directeurs généraux, directeurs de district, etc.) pour examiner la performance et les résultats de notre équipe. • Veiller à ce que toutes les embauches soient effectuées de manière proactive en suivant les directives appropriées de Match Retail et être responsable du maintien et de la gestion de taux de roulement acceptables. • Mettre en œuvre l'administration des opérations quotidiennes de la zone, y compris les rapports hebdomadaires et trimestriels sur les visites sur le terrain, la communication d'équipe, la gestion des performances et les activités de ressources humaines. • Fournir un soutien au client pour les composantes opérationnelles du programme et participer à des projets spéciaux si nécessaire. • Gérer les problématiques sur le terrain, en étant le premier point de contact pour le client et Match Retail. • Communiquer et diriger l'exécution du calendrier des activités et des responsabilités du programme national, y compris la planification des capacités et les meilleures pratiques dans leur(s) région(s) respective(s). • Représenter à la fois la marque du client et Match Retail. • Organiser des réunions hebdomadaires avec les personnes suivantes :    - Réunions hebdomadaires avec le client    - Revues d'affaires hebdomadaires avec le directeur et le vice-président des services à la clientèle Participer à des projets spéciaux au besoin.   Compétences et qualifications requises :   • Bilingue en français et en anglais est un must. • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de terrain dans un environnement de vente au détail. • Les candidats au poste de chef d'équipe dans le domaine de la vente au détail/du merchandising souhaitant évoluer vers un poste de direction seront pris en considération. • Souci du détail, capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à communiquer efficacement. • Travailler de manière indépendante et posséder d’excellentes compétences en gestion du temps. • Capacité à gérer efficacement les priorités et plusieurs tâches tout en respectant les délais. • Disponibilité à travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les fins de semaine et les nuits. • Capacité à voyager régulièrement pour travailler sur le terrain.   NOUS VOUS OFFRONS: • Salaire compétitif, indemnité de carburant et de téléphone portable. • Poste à temps plein, vacances/temps personnel, environnement de travail dynamique et bien plus encore. • Cotisation au REER de l’entreprise.   Qui sommes-nous ?
